Egg lover’s paradise

Singapore grocery stores, even small ones, often have an impressive selection of eggs. Take the nearby FairPrice Finest: there are duck 🦆 eggs, century 💯 eggs, expensive farm-fresh 🐓 eggs packaged in sets of six, and numerous varieties of regular eggs.

I am planning to give duck salted eggs a try, as well as the store-bought “century-old” eggs (I’ve only had them at restaurants so far), and even preserved eggs in metal cans!

The range of options is simply fascinating. Clearly, eggs have a serious audience here.
